Chairman and CEO of Rotherham Taylor, (RT) , a small niche Accountancy Practice, operating in the UK.  The team at RT lead by Michael provides a range of services to entrepreneurially led businesses on a ‘one stop shop’ basis. Typical assignments might include company secretarial services, advising on and then creating tax efficient business structures, book-keeping, payroll, management accounting, business projections, fund raising documentation, business purchase and sales. RT’s assignments are carried out on a bespoke basis for a small number of clients at any time and might include Michael joining the board of the client where appropriate.

Michael holds a number of non-executive and professional engagements, including Deputy Chairman of Progress Housing Association and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Disciplinary Committee.

Father of 2 grown up sons. Member of The Reform Club, The Royal Automobile Club and lives in Lancaster and London.  Other interests include historic cars, fine art and fine wines.
